By referring a person to our clinic, you are confirming that to the best of your knowledge, this person's income falls within our eligibility guidelines (see "Eligibility").
If you are a doctor referring a patient, since the patient's financial income isn't something you may know about, please ask your patient to bring proof of income to their first Saturday Free Clinic appointment.
